“It smells like spring!” How many times have you heard this sentence? The well-known spring air actually exists.
Depending on where a person grew up, everyone interprets the scent for themselves. Smelling keeps the brain fit because there are up to 350 olfactory receptors constantly sending electrical signals to the brain.
Spring fever and palpitations
Do you already have butterflies in your stomach? Spring is the season of the lovers. Not infrequently there is the talk of spring feelings. As the days get longer, the body adjusts the hormone balance. Now, endorphins, testosterone, and estrogen are increasingly produced. Then you can observe symptoms such as dizziness, listlessness and circulatory problems. Do not worry, but after about four weeks, the body has become accustomed to the change.
In addition, you can counteract the spring fatigue by sufficient exercise, fresh air, and balanced nutrition.
Hay and pollen – the nightmare for allergic people
Every allergic to those wishes the spring full of rain to wash away the hay and pollen in the air.
As the flowers and Trees, fields and everything is fully blooming, the allergic people have to stay home and not open the window.
Except the allergy is not to bad then they just have to bring a lot of tissues with them. Or some people also take pills against the allergy to prevent those symptoms like running nose, swollen eyes, and sinuses but the disadvantage of most of those pills is that you’re being tired all the time. Me, on the other hand, I’m not an allergic person but most of my friends are so this is why I know all about it.
Fewer people who are grumpy in the morning
Despite spring fatigue, the number of morning muffles in spring drops by up to 50% because spring triggers many positive feelings. The days are getting longer, the sun spoils our skin with the first warm rays of sunshine and the plants bloom again in their fullest colors. Just the thought of it makes us happy.
